'License card' not required after 'trial pass': PM Oli
Kathmandu, October 19 — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said arrangement has been made in a way that drivers do not require license card as a permission for driving once passing 'trial'.
In a message on social media today, PM Oli mentioned that license will be made available on the concerned person's mobile phone through the 'citizen app'.
The government has also made an arrangement for making 'digital payment' right away for violating the traffic rules as per the chit.
The system will be piloted from the Bagmati Province Transport Management Office from October 20, Prime Minister Oli said in the message.
The government is also preparing to add on other services to the citizen app. He shared the government is putting in place measures to end queues for any public service.
"It will hopefully help the citizens receive services in a prompt manner", PM Oli said.
