Proposed CJ Raut presents 24-point judicial reform plan

Kathmandu, October 2 — Proposed Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut has presented a 24-point plan for judicial reform.

He submitted the plan to the Parliamentary Hearing Committee on Wednesday.

Covering issues from case hearings to the implementation of verdict, he has outlined the plan for the hearing committee.
