FNCCI launches 'Business Intelligence System'
Kathmandu, September 20 — The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI), has formally launched its Business Intelligence System (BIS). This system will be utilized for managing the database of members, research studies, and office management.
The system contains comprehensive information that can be accessed by the chamber's members. Approximately 600,000 businesses are affiliated with the chamber, both directly and indirectly, and their details will be included in this system.
Additionally, the system will allow for surveys to prepare policy recommendations and conduct other necessary studies. The studies and other data published by the chamber will be stored in this system, which will also be accessible to the general public.
Inaugurating the system, FNCCI president Chandra Prasad Dhakal stated that it will facilitate research and policy advocacy for the chamber.
The system was developed with technical support from Asia Foundation Nepal and Smart Solutions Technology Pvt. Ltd.
