National Conference of ANNFSU-R called off

Kathmandu, September 17 — The 23rd National Conference of the All Nepal National Free Students Union-Revolutionary (ANNFSU-R) , affiliated with the CPN (Maoist Centre), has been postponed. The conference was originally scheduled to take place from September 18 to 21 at Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi.

Himal Sharma, in charge of the student organization, stated that the new schedule will be announced at an office meeting to be held tomorrow (Wednesday).

The postponement has been attributed to disputes regarding membership in some districts.
