HoR session: Public Service Broadcasting Bill up for discussion

Kathmandu, September 10 — The House of Representatives is meeting today. The session, scheduled for 1:00 PM, will include a segment where respective ministers will respond to oral questions regarding the Ministry of Urban Development and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
Finance Committee Chairman Santosh Chalise will present the report on the Banking Offenses and Punishment (Second Amendment) Bill, 2024.
Additionally, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung will propose for discussion on the Public Service Broadcasting Bill, 2020, which originated in the National Assembly with a report from the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee.
The agenda also includes a proposal to pass the Public Service Broadcasting Bill, 2020.
