Acharya recommended as chief attorney of Province 1

Biratnagar - Chief Minister of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai, has proposed senior advocate Chudamani Acharya as the Province chief attorney. According to Chief Minister's press advisor Dhruba Subedi, the name of Acharya was recommended for the appointment on the post in accordance with the Article 160 (2) of the constitution. Chief attorney shall act as the chief legal advisor to the State Government and shall be entitled to remuneration and facilities on par with a judge of High Court. 
He has already served as the central vice president of Nepal Bar Association ( NBA) and President of NBA, Morang.---
