Prakash Tamang 'Kale' receives citizenship, plans to meet PM
Bojpur, September 1 — Prakash Tamang, also known as Kale, who was reunited with his family after 35 years through the 'Herne Katha' program, has now received his Nepali citizenship certificate.
Officials visited his home in Chaplegaon (Sampang), Shadananda Municipality-10, to present the certificate. The certificate was issued by Shadananda Municipality Mayor Surendra Udas, Ward Chair Premdorji Sherpa, Chief Administrative Officer Mohan Chapagain, and Binod Bhandari, Administrative Officer from the District Administration Office, Bhojpur.
Prakash Tamang’s citizenship certificate number is 09-02-81-00357. According to journalist Rajesh Rai, Prakash plans to travel to Kathmandu to meet the Prime Minister following the receipt of his citizenship.
