Nabil Bank to close shareholder register on August 23

Kathmandu, August 18 - Nabil Bank will close its shareholder register book on August 23rd.

According to a decision made by the bank’s board of directors on August 11th, the register will be temporarily closed for one day to facilitate a special general meeting scheduled for Monday, September 2nd , 2024.

The special general meeting will address the issuance of shares as part of a proposed 8 percent increase in primary capital.
