NOC lowers fuel prices: Petrol drops by Rs. 5, diesel and kerosene by Rs. 3
Kathmandu, August 15: The Nepal Oil Corporation has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products.
Following a board meeting on Thursday, the corporation decided to cut the price of petrol by Rs. 5 per liter, and both diesel and kerosene by Rs. 3 per liter.
With this adjustment mirroring the decrease from the Indian Oil Corporation, the new prices in Kathmandu will be Rs. 165 per liter for petrol and Rs. 155 per liter for diesel and kerosene.
The corporation's statement confirms that these reduced prices will take effect starting Friday.
