Narayangadh-Butwal road obstructed

Nawalparasi, August 14: The Narayangadh-Butwal road, part of the East-West Highway, has been blocked again in Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality-2 Daunne of Nawalparasi (Bardghat Susta East) due to a landslide that occurred last night.

According to Bed Bahadur Paudel, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office in Bardghat Susta East, the road, which had been open for one-way traffic since Tuesday evening, was obstructed once more following last night's rain.

Efforts are ongoing to clear the road and restore traffic.
