NRNA dispute: SC rules in favor of Badri KC group

Kathmandu, Aug 6: The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Badri KC group of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA).

The court's decision came on a petition filed by Krishna Prasad Timalsina and others challenging instructions issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Justices Til Prasad Shrestha and Tek Prasad Dhungana of the Supreme Court granted the petitioner's request.
