Kamal Shah set to become Sudurpaschim CM

Dhangadhi: Kamal Bahadur Shah is once again set to become the Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province. The Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party meeting has decided to appoint Shah as the Chief Minister.

Nepali Congress Province Assembly Member Geeta Choudhary, who attended the meeting, confirmed that the party has chosen Shah to lead the new government. Shah, who also serves as the parliamentary party leader, is expected to submit his claim to the provincial chief at 12:30 PM.

Following Chief Minister Dirgha Raj Sodari's resignation after his Provincial Assembly speech on Friday, the Provincial Chief Najir Miya has called to stake the claim for the new governmen by 5 PM today, Sunday.
