Pokhara school bus accident update: Son of bus attendant also pronounced dead

A student has also died as a result of the school bus accident near Mattikhan in Pokhara. Five-year-old Prince BK, a student at LP Devkota Memorial School, was among the victims.

Earlier, it was reported that his mother, bus attendant 33-year-old Arati BK, also died in the same accident. Both were receiving treatment at Gandaki Medical College. 

The accident resulted in 29 people being injured, and they are currently being treated at Gandaki Medical College, Manipal Hospital, and Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences. The LP Devkota Memorial School bus, numbered G 1 Ka 6218, veered off the road and somersaulted while transporting students on Monday morning.
