Update: School bus veers off the road in Pokhara, one dead

Pokhara: A school bus met with an accident on Monday morning in Chhorepatan, Pokhara. The bus, belonging to LP Devkota School of Birauta, veered off the road and somersaulted while heading to Mattikhan. The co-driver of the bus who was injured in the accident has died. Police said that 33-year-old Arati BK died during treatment at Gandaki Medical College.

There were 30 people on the bus, including 28 students and two staff members. Injured have been admitted at Gandaki Medical College, Manipal Hospital and  Pokhara Health Sciences Institute for treatment.
