Budget endorsed by the Parliament

Kathmandu: The budget for the next financial year has been endorsed by the House of Representatives.

The budget was passed by a majority in the House of Representatives meeting held on Tuesday.

Finance Minister Barshman Pun presented a proposal to pass the Appropriation Bill, 2081.

When Deputy Speaker Indira Rana submitted the proposal for decision, it was passed by the majority.

The government presented the budget in Parliament on 28th May.
