Four including a police constable apprehended in a robbery case

Kathmandu: The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office has arrested  four individuals, including a police constable.

The arrests were made in connection with the alleged theft of RS 20 million rupees from Dilliraj Raut of Dadikot.

The arrested police constable, Krishna Bahadur Bohra, serves in the Maharjganh unit of Armed Police Force, according to an official from the office.

Following a complaint regarding the June 18robbery, police initiated an investigation.

The suspects reportedly entered Raut's residence posing as members of the CIB (Crime Investigation Bureau).

They allegedly threatened the household members and stole Rs 20 million from a drawer before fleeing.

Police announced the arrests at a press conference held today.
