I will initiate the creation of a new revolutionary generation: Khanal

Kathmandu: The 'Respected Leader' of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Jhalanath Khanal, has said that he will take over as leader of the party at the next general convention and usher in a new period of revolution.

The necessity of bringing the party into line with the demands and goals of the working class and the communist movement via revolutionary action, programs, and ideals was stressed by Khanal.

"If entrusted with leadership at the upcoming general convention, I will initiate the creation of a new revolutionary generation," Khanal said on Tuesday.

He went on to say, "The party faces numerous ideological, political, theoretical, and organizational challenges at present," on a pro-CPN (Unified Socialist) Facebook page. To address this, a novel strategy is needed."
