Three killed, seven critically injured in Sindhupalchok bus accident

KATHMANDU: Three individuals tragically lost their lives in a bus accident at Dharawati in Tripura Sundari Rural Municipality-5, Sindhupalchok district.

Seven others sustained critical injuries in the incident, which occurred this morning.

Assistant Chief District Officer Jeet Bahadur Bhandari confirmed the critical injuries.

The bus (Ba 4 Kha 5616), traveling from Dolakha to Sindhupalchok, was involved in the accident at 7:20 am.

Of the 55 onboard, the identities of the deceased are yet to be confirmed by the District Police Office.

Injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at local hospitals.
