HoR meeting to resume amidst Nepali Congress obstruction

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) is set to reconvene today after facing disruptions caused by the Nepali Congress (NC).

Following the adjournment of the previous meeting on Tuesday due to NC's obstruction, the HoR is now scheduled to resume proceedings at 11 AM today.

The NC has been insisting on the establishment of a parliamentary committee to investigate the alleged involvement of the Home Minister in a cooperative fraud case.

Anticipating continued tensions, discussions are likely to reignite on this contentious issue as the HoR reconvenes.
