Nepali Congress obstructs parliament session over fraud allegations
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC), the leading opposition, disrupted Tuesday's parliament gathering.
NC is demanding a parliamentary committee to probe a fraud case allegedly involving Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
Following a morning meeting, NC reiterated Lamichhane's implication in the fraud.
The party warns that the government's dismissal of their demands will hold it accountable for any repercussions.
