UML set to assume Chief Minister position in Karnali Province

KARNALI: In a recent development, it has been announced that the CPN (UML) will assume the Chief Minister post in Karnali Province, following an agreement reached at the federal level.

Kali Bahadur Malla, the in-charge of CPN (Maoist Centre) in Karnali Province, confirmed the decision, stating that an agreement had been reached to assign the Chief Ministerial position to the UML. This decision was communicated through an official communiqué.

Currently, Chief Minister Raj Kumar Sharma is set to seek a vote of confidence from the Provincial Assembly on Tuesday.

This development signifies a significant political shift in the leadership dynamics of Karnali Province.
