Ireland Wolves triumph in T20 series against Nepal ‘A’

KATHMANDU: Ireland Wolves emerged victorious in the T20 series against Nepal ‘A’, sealing the title with a 40-run win in an exciting match at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground.

Choosing to bowl first, Nepal ‘A’ faced a tough challenge as Ireland set a target of 224 runs in 20 overs.

Peter Joseph Moor and NA Rock led the charge with 65 and 71 runs respectively. Sagar Dhakal took three wickets for Nepal ‘A’.

In their chase, Nepal ‘A’ fell short, managing 184 runs in 17.5 overs. Dev Khanal top-scored with 47 runs.

Ireland Wolves’ B. White claimed three wickets to secure the win.

This victory marks Ireland Wolves' success in the series after their earlier win against Nepal ‘A’. The final match of the series is slated for April 1.
