Nepal-Ireland T20 matches rescheduled due to rain

KATHMANDU: Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has rearranged the T20 International series between Nepal ‘A’ and Ireland Wolves after rain disrupted the original schedule.

The first match, which was supposed to happen at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, got called off due to bad weather.

Nepal ‘A’ will now face Ireland Wolves in three T20Is and three ODIs. Nepal's senior team recently won a two-day T20 series against Ireland Wolves.

The new schedule is as follows:

T20 International Matches:

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 1st T20 - March 29

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 2nd T20 - March 30

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 3rd T20 - April 1

One Day International Matches:

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 1st ODI - April 3

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 2nd ODI - April 5

Nepal ‘A’ Vs Ireland Wolves - 3rd ODI - April 7

The adjustment in the schedule aims to ensure the smooth continuation of the series despite the weather setback.
