Cabinet Expansion: Deepak Karki appointed State Minister

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's Council of Ministers has been expanded to include 23 members.
In the latest development, Deepak Karki, a member of the House of Representatives (HoR), has been appointed as a State Minister.
He has been designated as the State Minister for Forest and Environment, as confirmed by Sailaza Regmi Bhattarai, spokesperson for the Office of the President.
Poudel represents the Janata Samajbadi Party.
This appointment comes as a result of an agreement reached among the members of the new coalition government.
