Foreign Minister Shrestha's visiting China on Sunday

KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha is gearing up for an important diplomatic journey to China, scheduled for Sunday.

Minister Shrestha's visit to China comes as a result of a gracious invitation extended by Wang Yi, China's esteemed Foreign Minister.

As per the Foreign Ministry's secretariat, Minister Shrestha's voyage is aimed at fostering goodwill between Nepal and China.

During his time in China, Minister Shrestha will engage in bilateral discussions with Minister Wang and participate in a special event organized by the Embassy of Nepal.

Minister Shrestha is expected to return to Nepal on April 1, following his fruitful diplomatic mission to China.
