Indian Ambassador: Nepal's political shifts won't affect bilateral ties

KATHMANDU: Naveen Srivastava, India's Ambassador to Nepal, has clarified that recent changes in Nepal's ruling coalition are an internal matter for Nepal.

During a meeting with Nepal's newly appointed Finance Minister, Barsaman Pun, Srivastava assured that India's stance toward Nepal remains steadfast despite the political changes.

The ambassador expressed satisfaction with the ongoing collaboration with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and pledged continued cooperation in the future.
