Nepal secures clean sweep in Bilateral ODI Series against Canada

KATHMANDU: Nepal has emerged victorious, sweeping the three-match ODI bilateral series against Canada without facing a single defeat.

In the latest encounter on Monday, Nepal displayed dominance by defeating Canada convincingly, securing a nine-wicket victory at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kathmandu.

Opting to bowl first after winning the toss, Nepal's bowlers showcased an impressive performance, limiting Canada to a mere 232  runs.

In the subsequent innings, Nepal chased down the target with ease, reaching the required total with 33 balls to spare, losing only one wicket in the process.

A stellar batting display was witnessed from Nepal's captain Anil Shah and Bhim Sarki, as both players scored centuries, contributing 112 and 101 runs respectively to the team's total.

Prior to this triumph, Nepal had defeated Canada by seven runs on Thursday and secured a four-wicket victory on Saturday.
