NC leader Krishna Sitaula files his nominations for NA election

KATHMANDU: Krishna Sitaula, a leader of the Nepali Congress (NC) filed his candidacy in Koshi Province for the upcoming election of National Assembly (NA).

Sitaula filed his nomination in Biratnagar. Pradeep Sunuwar and Himal Karki were the nominators.

Sitaula, who was earlier defeated in the election of the House of Representatives (HoR) by Rajendra Lingden, the Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, has been given an opportunity to be elected in the National Assembly by the party.

The ruling alliance has allocated 10 seats to the Nepali Congress.
