JSP Central Committee meeting being held on Jan 12, 2024

KATHMANDU, Dec 12: The Central Committee meeting of the Janata Samajbadi Party is being held on January 12, 2024. The executive member of the party, Raj Kishore Yadav, informed Ratopati that the meeting had been called for discussions on the party Convention and other organizational topics.

The Publicity Department Chief, Purna Basnet, said that the central executive committee meeting will be held on December 26 for the selection of the party’s candidate for the National Assembly Election, and a political committee meeting will be held on January 10 and 11 for the discussions of the agendas of the central committee meeting.

An 8-member Task Force has been formed under the leadership of the party’s Central Executive Committee member and Organization Department Chief Rajendra Prasad Shrestha, which will prepare the proposal for the responsibility division of the party’s central leaders. The in-charges of all seven provincial committees will be members of the Task Force.

It has also been decided that a member of the political committee, Peshal Dhakal, will be given the responsibility of the Secretary of the Central Office.
