Two people arrested with pistol

Inaruwa - Police has arrested two people with pistol from Janata Basti, Itahari Sub-metropolitan City-5 in Sunsari district on Saturday. 
Those arrested for possessing illegal firearm are 22-year-old Yam Bahadur Limbu of Itahari-5 and 21-year-old Rohan Basnet of Itahari-8. 
A team of plainclothes police from the Area Police Office, Itahari nabbed Limbu and Basnet while carrying out surveillance based on information that some youths were readying for a gang fight at Itahari-9, Bus Park. 
Police confiscated an automatic pistol made in America written on it from Limbu, the Area Police Office Itahari stated. Limbu has been convicted in a murder case before this also. A case has been filed against both them under the Prevention of Arms and Ammunitions Act.
