NSP to hold convention in month of Baisakh
KATHMANDU, Oct 5: Nepal Socialist Party (NSP) has decided to hold its convention in the month of Baisakh.
Vice Chairman Durga Sob has informed that the party will call a Central Committee meeting after Chhath to further prepare for the convention.
Sob added that NSP will not negotiate to unite with the Maoist Centre and other socialist parties until Maoists give an answer to their 9-point proposal to unite the parties,
"We have sent a 9-point proposal to the Maoists for party unity. We have decided not to negotiate until they give a response", she said.
