Newly appointed office bearers of UML Koshi Provincial Committee sworn in

BIRATNAGAR, Oct 4: The newly-appointed Chairman, office bearers and members of the CPN UML Koshi Provincial Committee have taken an oath of office and secrecy today at Hotel Kanchenjunga in Biratnagar.

The oath was administered by the Koshi Provincial In-charge Raghubir Mahaseth.

Ghanashyam Khatiwada was elected Chairman with 512 votes, Tikaram Chemjong as Vice Chairman unanimously, Rajkumar Bhandari as Secretary with 524 votes and Jalbarsha Rajbanshi and Dewan Rai as Vice Secretaries with 628 and 610 votes respectively.

There were 977 voters present in the election.
