CPN (US) to run 15-day Mechi-Mahakali campaign

KATHMANDU, Sep 5: CPN (Unified Socialist) will be conducting a 15-day Mechi-Mahakali campaign.

The secretariat meeting held on Monday approved the decision of the Central Committee to run the Mechi-Mahakali Campaign with the aim of making the party ranks active by solving the problems seen in the organization. The party has informed that it will take the country's transformative agenda to the people, under the campaign.

The secretariat meeting has also passed a resolution with a decision to run the Mechi-Mahakali campaign from the 1st of October to the 16th of October. According to respected leader Jhalanath Khanal, preparations are ongoing to start the campaign from Mechi and end it at Mahakali. According to the leaders of the CPN (US), most of the leaders of the secretariat as well as more than 100 leaders and workers will participate in the campaign.
