Lalita Niwas Case: 4 Government Attorneys debating today

KATHMANDU, Sep 4: In the land misappropriation case of the government land inside the Lalita Niwas Camp in Baluwatar, four Government Attorneys are debating on Monday, today. The four Attorneys are going to debate on behalf of the government.

Deputy Attorney General Ramesh Bhattarai informed Ratopati that four people including the District Attorney of the District Government Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu, Basudev Sharma, and Janak Ghimire will be debating. Four people had debated on Sunday.

In the case of the government land misappropriation through forgery, the defendants will start debating immediately after the debate from the government side ends on Monday. Judge Dhakal has told the defendants to get ready for the debate. After the debate from the government side ends, defendant Shivaji Bhattarai will start debating.
