Congress Transformation Supporters Announce Second-phase Program

KATHMANDU, Sep 3: The supporters of the Nepali Congress Transformation Campaign have announced a transformation campaign of the second phase from the 10th of September. Leader Jagdishwar Narasingh KC said that the campaign will be given continuity from the leaders’ meet on Saturday.

According to KC, the second-phase campaign will be conducted for two months from September 10 to November 10. Various programs will be conducted in 165 constituencies under the campaign.

Central member Madhu Acharya said that the transformation campaign will be conducted from BP Koirala's birth anniversary to Ganesh Man Singh's birth anniversary. According to this, the program will commence from Kavrepalanchok-2 on August 24 on the occasion of BP Koirala’s birth anniversary.

Acharya said that interactions will be done with the party workers and the public as well. The transformation campaign supporters conducted meetings in all seven provinces from May 2023. The suggestion of the campaign was submitted to the Congress leadership. As part of the first phase of the campaign, the gathering of all the seven provinces as well as the diaspora was held.
