UML’s first Lumbini Provincial Convention starts

BUTWAL, Sep 2: The first Lumbini Provincial Convention of CPN-UML has officially started. UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the convention at the International Conference Centre in Butwal.

The convention is scheduled for today and tomorrow. The opening session is scheduled for today and the closing session for tomorrow.

Top leaders of the party along with Chairman Oli arrived in Butwal at noon today to inaugurate the convention. Personnel from all 18 wards of Butwal, neighbouring municipalities and districts rallied from the highway intersection to participate in the convention.

Provincial Chairman Radha Krishna Kandel and Pyuthan’s Hari Rizal are acting as the Provincial Committee’s Chairpersons.
