President appoints ambassadors to three countries

KATHMANDU, Aug 28: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed ambassadors to 3 different countries.

The ambassadors were appointed in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 282 of the Constitution. According to which, Sudhir Bhandari has been appointed as the ambassador of France, Tej Bahadur Chhetri as the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ghanshyam Lal as the ambassador of Kuwait.

They were already approved as ambassadors by the Council of Ministers during the parliamentary hearing.
