Vice-President Yadav returns home from China visit

KATHMANDU, Aug 21: Vice-President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav returned home after completing his China visit.

Leading the Nepali delegation, Vice-President Yadav left here for China on August 14 to attend the Seventh China-South Asia Expo and the 27th China Kunming Import and Export Fair held in Kunming of Yunnan Province of China on 16-20 August. 

According to the Embassy of Nepal in Beijing, the Vice-President also held bilateral meetings with Chinese national as well as provincial leaders. "The delegation further visited difference places related to development in the areas of agriculture, health, education, culture and people-to-people contacts."   

During his China visit, VP Yadav was accompanied by his spouse Champa Devi Yadav, Secretary at the Office of the Vice-President Madhu Sudan Burlakoti and personal doctor Shivaji Bikram Silwal, among others.
