Socialist Front meeting adjourned until tomorrow
KATHMANDU, Aug 20: The meeting of the four-party Socialist Front called for today evening has been postponed.
Unified Socialists leader Jagannath Khatiwada informed that the meeting called for Sunday has been postponed to Monday at 7:30 in the morning.
The Socialist Front meeting was scheduled to be held at the party office of the CPN Unified Socialists in Aloknagar on Sunday before being postponed. It is said that the meeting will determine the date of the Front's Assembly, which will present the objectives of the Front to people in all provinces.
The current Chairman of the Socialist Front is leader Madhav Kumar Nepal as per its turn-by-turn system. The Front consists of the ruling CPN Maoist Centre, JSP, Unified Socialist and Biplav-led CPN.
