4 Chinese citizens arrested on charge of gold smuggling

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: In the recent gold smuggling case, Police have arrested four more Chinese citizens. Central Police spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Kuber Kadayat informed Ratopati that Chinese citizens Tian Mi, Wen Tong, Ding Shegfa, and Li Nengkai were arrested on Wednesday.

According to the Police, they are investigating further after a custody extension on the four arrested on charges of organized gold smuggling. With this, the number of arrested in the case has reached 21.
