Nepal sets target of 168 runs against India

KATHMANDU, July 17: Nepal has set a target of 168 runs against India's "A" team in its second game of the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup Cricket Tournament. The game is being held at the Premadasa Stadium in Sri Lanka's capital Colombo. 

After winning the toss and deciding to bat first, Nepal only scored a total run of 167 before being bowled out in 39.2 overs.

Nepal's opening batsman Kushal Bhurtel was dismissed in the second ball of the first over. He returned to the pavilion before Nepal had scored any runs.

Nepal team's captain Rohit Paudel scored a total of 65 runs for the Nepalese team. Gulshan Jha added 38 runs and Nepal got an extra 13 runs.

India's bowler Nishant Sindhu took 4 wickets from the Nepalese tea. Rajvardhan Hangargekar took 3 wickets and Harshit Rana took 2 wickets. Manav Suthar took one more wicket from Nepal.
