Government to promote Upadhyaya as Secretary

KATHMANDU, July 4: The government has made the decision to promote the Kathmandu Chief District Officer (CDO) Ghanshyam Upadhyay to the post of Secretary. The decision was made during the Cabinet meeting of the Nepal Government on Tuesday.

A minister told Ratopati that the decision to extend some contracts was made during the meeting. it was decided to hand over joint secretary Kuwer Nepali to the Urban Area Transport Management Authority until there is another management. 

The meeting also decided to entrust Joint Secretary Kuber Nepali with the Urban Area Transport Management Authority until there is another management.
