Kakani Rural Municipality-2's chairman passes away

NUWAKOT, June 14: The Ward Chairman of Nuwakot Kakani Rural Municipality-2, Tilak Bahadur Lama, has passed away. The 44-year-old Chairman passed away on his way to Kathmandu on Wednesday morning.

Chairman Lama had been undergoing dialysis for the past year after he suffered from kidney failure. He was on his way to Kathmandu for his treatment but passed away before reaching the hospital.

The Kakani rural municipality has given a holiday to the rural municipality office, its subordinate branches, service centers, ward offices, health institutions and educational institutions to mourn his death.
