Acting Chief Justice visits District Court amidst fake Bhutanese refugee case

KATHMANDU, June 8: Acting Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki has reached the Kathmandu District Court amidst the hearing of Fake Bhutanese Refugee case on Thursday. Karki visited the court for necessary information and briefing on the subject of daily administrative matters of the court.

"Acting Chief Justice visited the court and he is attending the briefing meeting related to the court. All the justices except Justice Neupane are participating in the meeting," a court source told. Justice Prem Prasad Neupane did not participate in the meeting because the hearing of the refugee case was ongoing.
