Case filed against Gaur Massacre after 16 years

KATHMANDU, June 4: A case has been filed in the Supreme Court against the Gaur Massacre case that took place in Rautahat. Tribhuwan Sah filed a case against the Prime Minister’s Office and the Council of Ministers. 

The case has been issued for 5th June, Sunday. On 9th April 2008, 27 people were killed in a skirmish between the members of Madhesi People’s Rights Forums and the CPN Maoist Centre. This incident is remembered as the Gaur Massacre incident.
