One dead in Simrik Air crash, Two injured brought to Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, May 5: The injured in the Simrik Air helicopter crash in Sankhuwasabha have been brought to the capital, Kathmandu. Captain Surendra Paudel and Chhiring Bhote were brought to the capital by helicopter for treatment.

They were directly taken to Medicity Hospital in Lalitpur by helicopter. The hospital has informed that their treatment has already started.

Bhavin Gurung died in the accident. Similarly, another person is being treated at Khandwari Hospital. The helicopter of Simrik Air crashed in Bhotekhola Rural Municipality on Friday afternoon.
