Ruling coalition meeting called to discuss government expansion

KATHMANDU, May 3: The meeting of the ruling coalition has been called at 3 pm today, which will be held at Baluwatar, the Secretariat of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' informed.

The Prime Minister has been preparing to bring the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to the government after the by-elections. However, RSP has taken the stance that it will enter the government only if it gets the previous ministries including the Ministry of Home Affairs. If RSP comes to the government, there may be an exchange of shares between the parties in the coalition.
