Bridge of Bheri River breaks: 9 injured

SURKHET, April 20: The bridge joining Jajarkot and Rukum Pashchim has broken a few moments ago. The bridge broke while it was under construction. The bridge lies in Aathbiskot of Jajarkot Nalgad Municipality-12, Tallu, Rukum Pashchim.

Although District Police Office Jajarkot informed that at least 4 people were dead, it has not been confirmed yet. The police team reached the place of the accident. 9 people have been injured in the accident.

The injured are being taken to Nepalgunj for treatment and more victims are being searched for rescue via helicopter.
