Rastriya Swatantra Party’s lawmaker suspended on charge of asking money from Durga Parsai

KATHMANDU, April 9: The Rastriya Swatantra Party has suspended its lawmaker Daka Kumar Shrestha on charge of asking for money from Durga Parsai. Shrestha is heard asking for 20 million from Parsai to be the next health minister.

Shrestha has been relieved from all sorts of duties and responsibilities in the party.

The party took the decision after an audio of Shrestha asking for money from Parsai made it to the public domain.

Shrestha is no longer a member of the party.
