Nepal records 24 new cases of COVID-19

KATHMANDU, March 24: In the past 48 hours, Nepal has confirmed 24 new cases of COVID-19 out of 1,429 tests conducted, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to an alarming level. On a positive note, three individuals who were previously diagnosed with the disease have since recovered.

Despite the recovery of some patients, the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Nepal has reached a staggering 12,020. With the continued spread of the virus, health officials are urging the public to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to prevent further transmission.
